My intention for creating Anchor Labs was to develop and curate online courses that extended beyond the traditional limits of brick-and-mortar buildings, common curriculum, and outdated professional development concepts. Our team has used a multifaceted approach to create an online learning ecosystem based on sound pedagogy that also incorporates the learning requirements of individuals and teams within the current landscapes and context of our ever-changing world.
